Terms and Conditions for the Hong Kong Entertainment Expo Lucky Draw
- 由即日起至2011年3月13日晚上 11時59分前，參加者只須登入網頁，完成遊戲及填妥參加表格，即可參加是次抽獎。
From now until 11:59pm, 13 March 2011, participants who complete the game and fill in the application form are eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
- 每位參加者只可遞交一份參加表格。
Each participant is eligible to register the Lucky Draw ONCE only.
- 恕不接受任何未填妥之表格。
Incomplete entry form will not be accepted.
- 所有得獎者將獲另行通知，並須於指定日期及時間內前往香港貿易發展局或指定地點登記及領取獎品，逾期作廢。
Prize winners will be informed individually and they must redeem their prizes in the designated period and time at Hong Kong Trade Development Council or other designated location. Prizes not collected will be forfeited after the redemption period.
- 香港貿易發展局及有關機構之僱員，及其家屬均不得參與此次抽獎。
Employees of Hong Kong Trade Development Council and subsidiaries of Hong Kong Trade Development Council are not eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
- 如參加抽獎，即表示參加者接受及同意香港貿易發展局"香港影視娛樂博覽有獎遊戲"的條款及細則。
By registering for the Lucky Draw, participants accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the "Entertainment Expo Hong Kong" Lucky Draw.
- 如參加抽獎，即表示參加者接受及同意香港貿易發展局有權公佈得獎者的姓名及聯絡電話 (首4個數字)等資料。
By registering for the Lucky Draw, participants accept and agree Hong Kong Trade Development Council to announce participant's name, contact phone number (first 4 digits only).
- 所有獎品均不能換取現金、信貸額或任何其他物品。
All prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.
- 所收集的個人資料僅用作是次抽獎及推廣「香港影視娛樂博覽」。
The personal data of customers collected will, without limitation to the original purposes for which it is collected, be used for the Lucky Draw, any other purpose connected with the Lucky Draw, and promotion of the Entertainment Expo Hong Kong.
- 香港貿易發展局擁有任何有關是次遊戲、抽獎及獎項爭議的最終決議權。參加者不得異議。
All matters of disputes arising from the game, Lucky Draw or the prize will be subjected to the final decision of Hong Kong Trade Development Council. No correspondence will be entertained.
- 抽獎將於2011年3月14日下午六時舉行，結果將於2011年3月16日在「香港影視 娛樂博覽」網頁內[www.eexpohk.com] 、《Hong Kong Standard》、《星島日報》公布。
The Lucky Draw will be conducted at Hong Kong Trade Development Council at 6pm, 14 March 2011. Results of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Entertainment Expo Hong Kong website [www.eexpohk.com] , Hong Kong Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 16 March 2011.
- 得獎者須出示有效的電郵確認及身份證明文件，方可領取獎品。得獎者如未能出示該有效文件，將不會獲發任何獎品。
The winner must present a valid email document and HKID in order to claim the prize. Photocopies of certificate of posting will not be accepted. Failure to present the valid document will render the winner disqualified and the prize be forfeited.
- 個別獎品(如活動入場券)有效與否由活動主辦單位決定，香港貿易發展局並不確保獎品之有效性。
Validity of certain prizes (e.g. admission tickets) is subjected to individual event organiser's final decision; Hong Kong Trade Development Council shall not be responsible for such validity.
- 參加者如違反本條款及細則，將被取消抽獎資格。
Any violation by a participant of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of the relevant participant.
- S本文的中英文版本如出現歧義，概以英文本為準。
In case of discrepancies between the English version and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
